New York City’s street-style stars, models and fashion insiders have known about the potential of the city’s new flagship locations from the beginning. More than a year after their previous flagship location opened in LA on Fairfax Avenue, streetwear brand Golf Wang — founded by the rapper Tyler The Creator — announced that they would be opening another location in New York City. This past Saturday, November 12th we saw the grand opening of Golf Wang’s newest flagship store. This one is not just any other store: it has been designed as a great experience for visitors to enjoy. What to Expect from Golf Wang’s New NYC Store
The new flagship store of Golf Wang is definitely unlike anything else in New York City. It has been designed to look like a living room but also very similar to a Supreme store, with a round couch in the middle and a bright yellow stair to the second floor. On the second floor you are greeted by an oversized Golf t-shirt hanging from the ceiling and a couple more clothing racks around it. There is plenty to do and to see! Golf Wang’s new flagship store is located at 35 Howard St. New York, NY 10013. The neighbourhood is Canal Street, steps away from Stadium Goods. The team behind Golf Wang decided to open a new flagship location because they felt the need to be represented in NYC as well.
